it is quite complex for me to understand about the twice on-hit effect of it. can someone please explain it to me with an example.

So basically once you get a Sated Devourer, every other basic attack applies on-hits twice. This means that if you have an item like item 3153 or item 3115 , every other basic attack will apply the on-hit passive twice. In BotRK's case, the %health dmg will proc twice, and in Nashor's case, the extra magic dmg will proc twice. Also, abilities like Master Yi E, Kog'Maw W, etc. will be applied twice (on ever other basic attack). Per Meddler, "This is basically two auto attacks back to back, where the second one has no base damage and therefore only applies on Hit effects." Therefore, things like Sheen proc will not be applied twice, as the proc will be used on the first hit, and not be there for the second.

EDIT: I forgot to mention crits will also be applied twice as they are considered on-hit
