Need a non-ADC champion that can shut down a skilled ADC post-15 minutes

Must be able to do so with less than a 20-kill advantage on the ADC. Assume the ADC has a janna or lulu because you know they always do, and since they're skilled assume that they're not going to face check your nexus towers and instantly die.

You want a champion that can auto win a 1v2, regardless of gold lead or circumstances.
