People who don't like Kalista or think she's overpowered should attack the ideas, not the creator.

Like, I've got no problem with people saying stuff like "Kalista's kit is horrible" or "Kalista's passive is really overpowered and unhealthy" because while I may not agree with either of them, at least they're making an argument about the champion and trying to start a conversation. Going straight for the designer's throat instead of trying to make an argument is something I can't respect.

But it's not one specific thing, this is how white knights pretend his champions are OK. I'm not going to sit here and tell you that her passive is OP, or her q, or w, or e, or r.

Literally every champion he's created has the exact same problem.

Their kits simply have TOO MUCH of everything.

I provided those examples for the sake of example. Regardless of the examples used, the idea is the same: if you don't like the kit, don't go after the person who made it. Post about why you don't like the kit.

Being irritated at a companies choices are one thing. Headhunting and calling for someone to be fired are another thing entirely. -1.

No one really wants CertainlyT fired. But the criticism has evolved from being a joke to actually being a concern. His last 4 champions have severely outclassed nearly every champion. Why are these champion concepts making to production with kits that absolutely shit on a large portion of the champion pool? Hard counters and lack of counter plays are supposed to be bad for League, yet Kalista hard counters a lot of champions and a lot of champions are completely incapable of fighting her.

ALL of his champions have the same problem - severely overloaded kits which aren't fun for anybody except the person playing that champion. Hell, Darius managed to suck the fun out of the game for all 9 other people in the game, not just the enemy team, back when he was good.

I'm not sure if that's intentional for your joke, but he didn't make Lee Sin. I think Lee Sin was made before CertainlyT was even apart of riot (Especially if you consider he was supposed to be one of the beta champions that got cut)

no, CerntainlyT should be fired. It would be a constructive step forward in Riot games because then we wouldn't get toxic champion kits as often.

That's still not constructive, and even if firing CT would be constructive for Riot, your criticism is still not constructive because it doesn't help Riot do anything other than fire CT. What's to say another Rioter won't do the same thing? What's to say that Riot won't hire another person that designs just like CT?

Constructive criticism answers the question why, not the question how.
