Rework idea for Archangel's Staff (ap item changes patch 8.4)

New recipe:

(750 gold) + (900 gold) + (435 gold) + 915 gold = (3000 gold)

Stats: 70 ap, 250 mana, 10% cdr

Both passives and active stay the same.

oh yes we do brother, its always so awkward to get 40% on ryze when roa, archangel,rabadons and voidstaff give 0 cdr. i really like the new changes to archangel summoner 14

anivia can do without though, but ryze scales on mana, thats what i mean O,O
