New rune Conqueror should be nerfed to 10% of dmg converted to true dmg
20% true dmg is way too much dmg even early game considering it refreshes on melee champions as long as they stay in combat.

The true damage aspect isn't even that OP really, since it's basically damage you already would've done. Someone should do some in depth math on this but -
Let's say you do 200 physical damage against a target with 40 armor early game. 40 armor ~ 0.714 so that 200 damage becomes 142.8 total
Now with 20% conversion you do 160 damage and 40 true damage. The 160 becomes 114.24 + 40 true = 154.24 total
The difference is only about 11 more damage. The true damage part of it really only becomes good mid-late game against armor stacking targets (coughtankscough). The never ending AD stacking on this rune is really what makes it absurd.
Why don't you just wait how it plays out?

Anyone that regularly builds bloodrazor or bork that is melee will love this (Shyvana in particular deals a mix of true, physical, and magic % health damage).
Jax is like a cancer now. For example, now jax can literally just trigger his conqueror passive and q on his opponent's face brainlessly and he would win almost any fight like this with almost any tank whatever what THEY do. I really appreciate riot made this rune updated and I am so glad to see that this game is getting more and more like a mobile game which can be finished in 15-30minls mostly. If you are players play champions like Yasuo Tryndamere Darius Jax, just trigger this keystone and attack, solo kill your opponent who is not taking conqueror and show your icons! what a fascinate game!
