What is that broken shit? Yo, Rakan needs some serious fucking utility nerfs. Like, no joke. Dude has 3 dashes in one rotation. That's the equivalent of an ahri ulti. EVERY 10 SECONDS. Yo, that shit is broken af. To top it off, he has shields, heals and can actually peel like a god. To top it off, he has decent ratios making him deal a truckton of damage.

The shield shouldn't activate on both his E returns and if that's too much to ask, then you might as well only give him one dash return. Like, honestly, no other fucking character has that many dashes on a non ultimate ability. And there's a reason for that. Conditional or not.

except rakan's dashes are way more limited (2/3) are to an ally only, while Ahri's are able to be cast in any direction.

his heal is actually kind of garbage unless you have revitalize to make it decent IMO. and unlike healers like sona, nami, or soraka, his is situational. the shield also isn't that big either, its just nice to have.
