Because they apparently nerfed ryze so he doesn't faceroll top lane while hyperscaling (and it only took them 6 months). Have they said anything about making teleport not broken yet?

Take ignite on a snowball champ and get first blood and ask your opponent how broken teleport is after that.
Or take exhaust and outduel them 100% of the time unless they build full tank because exhaust is actually broken, unlike teleport.
Just wait for shield to block 8 damage from single target spells
At least then shit like Darius and Garen won't autolose to ranged despite being "lane bullies"
