So when are we nerfing jungle and adc/support?

I'm a little confused how its ok for them to be as strong as they are. I would like lane phase to not be a 2v1 unless the jungler gives up something.

Right now I'm just a free kill if I extend past tower...

If you ward properly, like when you know the enemy is playing defense and back off properly when you're about to be ganked, you just made the enemy jungler waste his time, and that hurts for a jungler. He'll be behind all game.

Tank supports got their nerf in patch 8.7. Enchanter supports are getting theirs soon. Would be nice to see jg and adc nerfed also, though. Every position has too much kill potential right now IMO.
