Winning vs. S (is this griefing?) (unsure if this should be in player behavior, but also gameplay)

So, let's say you are pretty certain that by picking a farming jg, you can aft farm at 7-10 cs per min and probably pick up a couple kills and assists along the way without risking a death. Without risking death or losing cs, unless the other team sucks, you're going to lose a lot of 5 v 4 drags and towers and such. So my question is, lets say i want a lvl 7 mastery token and want to afk farm my way to the token, would this be reportable?

TO BE CLEAR: I am not talking about playing passive and team flaming you for not carrying them. I am talking about something like this: its about 10 mins, I am elise with 75 cs, full health/mana, and maybe i took a kill that was free (my mid alkali ignited enemy veigar who had 10 health, so i stole kill) and the enemy team is all under 10% at infernal drake. 3 of my teammates at full health, probably even in gold with enemy, are closing in on drag, but I do wraiths instead of helping fight. Enemy team takes drag, 2 teammates die; 3 enemies die. Had I helped, there is a chance i would be focused and die, risking my S, but more than likely we take the drag and nobody else dies on our team. Clearly, the team is hurt by this decision, but who cares if its a norm game and I want a token?

Asking for a friend.

As long as you are making an honest effort to win the game you can play how ever you want.

Clearly you're not the "Elise", and you were a player that saw this behavior and you are salty.

I 100% did this for my Skarner mastery 7 tokens. It depends on how the game is going. If your team is just completely garbage stomping the enemy I afk farm the jungle while they push towers and inhibs. I have purposely stolen kills that were 100% going to my team, but I only have done that when I am with people I know say I am Duo with my top lane I already told him I am going to go for my token so he/she knows I will be trying to take everything I can. I have stolen other kills from randoms, but it was more of tunnel visioning on just killing any and all things in front of me.

I truly think that if you try to win that is ok, because I have had games where I left my team to die so I did not have too(I was the only tank). I have also purposely let my team die so the enemy can blow all of their summoners/ults on my team and have my team weaken them so I can get an easy penta. Even if they have 300 health each they will still try to fight thinking 1v5 they will win.

Win/lose does impact your grade directly (not to mention it's often easier to pad your stats in a winning game than one you're behind), so it's probably in your own interests to make sure your strategy furthers your team to success. It's possible to get S grades when losing of course, but playing ultra passive and avoiding risks isn't necessarily the best way to an S (and also is prone to hurting your KP%, reducing your chance of an S).

In any case, taking kills and focusing on farm is not inherently griefing, it's just potentially a bad idea depending on your scaling/your teammates scalings.
