Maybe because you are able to focus more on the game and distract your teammates less with arguments. That's certainly a reasonable explanation, but it could be coincidence.

Damn what a tough question

I think what nami said has a good chance to be true. I know that especially in low elo chat can be very toxic and sometimes it does better to ignore or at least not participate in it and just focus on playing as best as you can.

An excellent exception was my last game, 1 in a million solo q team, great communication, good pings actual strategy discussion in chat, it was glorious.
