I have intentionally fed for over 400 games and am 4-396. I have not yet been disciplined by riot. I clearly intentionally feed every game, but do not type anything in chat. Additionally, I have reported the victims of my int'ing every game and have received 31 notices from riot that the players have been punished. I just wanted to share this experiment with all: just mute everyone and if you're upset, intentionally feed, just don't say anything in chat.
