Lissandra's passive...needs some work

Just started playing lisandra because she seems to put all of the silver yasuo, and zed players to shame...they cant seem to deal with a champ that can ignore tornadoes every 3 secs and ignore being marked. My conclusion...I LOVE HER! I love how she plays, how her engage works, i love 99% of her! I say 99% of her because i think its gracious to even give her passive 1% of the champ. Even if i even notice i have been casting spells for free, i deffinately dont notice after 8 min, because by then i have most of my rod built and by 12 min i have rod and all the mana i could ever want. It's basically a dead passive. I mean, Syndra's doesnt really do anything until lvl 9, but once it does kick in, there is a significant change in power...and i think Lissandra is missing that

One idea i has was this: Frozen Embrace: Every time Lissandra hits an enemy champion with an ability, they acquire 1 stack of Ice. Once a champ has 3 stacks and is hit once more by her ability, she may cast her q w or e for free, regardless of its cooldown status

Ideas? annyone else feel the same way?

I WANT TO HEAR YOUR IDEAS! :D

Lissandra needs better AP scaling, she is amazing mid game but mediocre once everyone has high hp and magic resist. Her ult is easily counter-able with QS sash. I've been playing a lot of Lissandra too, maybe a passive that gives bonus damage if the target is slowed. Or she could transition into a support role since she doesn't scale well and allow her ult to be cast on allies. Lissandra is currently a utility mage and relies heavily on her team to do damage late game.

ive actually taken her support quite a few times with mf on another account...with 2 different forms of hard cc you can pretty much quarantee full damage from Bullet Time I highly reccomend!
