He has a 52.35% winrate for toplane as of today (7/15/16).

People are just maxing his W and taking SS, you can't do anything in top lane because how of he kites, unless you are Renekton or something.

This is going to become a problem. I've had Teemo's build tank items along with a or and are able to just pump out damage over time because no one can catch them if the enemy doesn't have low cooldown dashes.

@Meddler, is this something on the radar? Maybe a bit of a balance to get him closer to 50% and make him less frustrating?

None of those charts show him maxing W until the very last skill. The reason he has such a high winrate is much like amumu or yorick. because the only time he's played is either: A. (In the case of teemo being similar to amumu) by people who main him or B. (in the case of people being similar to yorick) By people who are trolling their ass off. Teemo in no way needs any nerfs.

i just had a panth get smacked by teemo....im trying to figure that one out. in any sense its better for teemo to max e and take 3 movement quints for dodge...

Exactly. If you have a teemo maxing W then he's going to get royally buttfucked by everyone due to lack of damage. Btw, just came from a shen top game against a teemo and rushing new revolver seems to be really good for him.

Vs a squishy, yep, but against a Shen I'd really rather go item 3144 -> item 3146 than item 3145 -> , unless Shen for some reason has very little resistances.

Biggest part of why Teemo winrate is so high is teleport nerf. Other toplaners have some real issues to apply any pressure around the map, Teemo thanks to his move quick doesn't.

I don't think it's "Teemo needs a nerf NAO" situation, I think it is "toplaners need buffs across the board NAO".

But I main him so don't take my opinion for granted.
