he is outclassed in every aspect by EVERY top and mid laner (if you care to give that a go).

BeatzBoyFTW1 votesHe is actually stronger now, due to his Q being buffed up, E actually hitting more people & MR deduction-stackings, & open more spaces for actual AP builds. Yea he got squishier, but it comes with a good trade for more damages.

his q does minimal damage and thats if u happen to thread the needle through minions to get a hit. any half decent player will just stand behind minions and pretty much be able to free farm. his e hardly even tickles and ap builds are to weak to viable on ryze. and like i said ryze gets beaten by almost every mid and top laner there is unless ur playing against someone who just doesnt know how to play or is troll feeding u.
to be quite honest i could do better with a tanky veigar build.
