Personally i love hail of blades. A LOT more damage than electrocute thats for sure.

But youre gonna wanna go electrocute for "the meta" build. Electrocute ---> Sudden impact/cheap shot ---> Eyeball hunter ---> MS hunter And then you can go sorcery water walking/whatever or precision overheal/legend whatever.
