ranked needs more restrctions

if you pick bruam dont build him right then say this. you have zero business playing ranked.

use your mastery system and add a restriction to it for ranked.

there is no reason for you to pick a first time champion in ranked or be as bad as some of these people are. you are that bad becuase you did zero homework and have zero practice. you are playing wrong and scaling wrong as a result.
