Flex is such a joke :/ there no balance

Basically if your in silver or gold whoever gets the most platinum/diamonds win the game every single time, 1 diamond can outplay an entire gold team :/ its actually quite a joke of queue without having some limiting factor to 5v5 skill gap :/ and of course the diamond is more than happy to stay gold in flex because its not normal and its not solo but they can play with friends.
