can we all agree that Lucian needs a serious nerf :/

right now with the bork meta Lucian has some serious dominance with his kit. This is even more exasperated in 3v3 where he can single handily solo against champions that can even stun him due to bork/his kit and R. But I know boards does not really care for 3v3 :/ so take a look at Summoner Rift. 40% pick rate with 54% win rate in platinum+ with 42% pick rate 53% win rate on average that is staggering considering the amount of games that must be.
