Lets talk about Twisted Treeline: and one of the most cancer driven comps

Currently in the Twisted Treeline; and I think this should be look at, there is a strategy/composition that involves giving all the top lane CS to one top while that top has a support with sustain and a hard cc usually Taric, they also proceed to claim their jungle by pushing the solo lane top then moving to their jungle quickly decapitating some monsters and climbing back up. Meanwhile bottom lane has a strong pusher that can self sustain and relatively safe like Karma or Ryze etc. Issue that I am bringing up and that makes this composition so strong is that by the time the top lane/jugle/bottom obtain level 4 the feed the all champion is now level 6 which proceeds a snowball affect because he is effective gaining twice as much CS as anyone with massive amounts of EXP from the jungle.

Now you are going to say well that is easy to counter, counter his jungle the problem is once you figure out that is their main strategy which all it takes is 2 times clearing their jungle and then getting 6 it is much too late to proactive invade because with the combine strength of two their jungle dies in seconds sometimes they even take all three members just to clear the jungle faster.

The snowball becomes worse and worse by the time you are level 7 he is level 11 then when you are 9 he is around 14-16 at that point and early in the game is it much too late to even fight because while his two bots the support and bottom can die the effective player top can 1v3 quite easily specially with the champions this caters to.

Well that is all about my rant just wanted to leave this discussion here.

That is cancer. Theres ways to play around it, but it takes a team's effort.

Tbh if they really wanted to balance 3s, they'd have to look at basically every tank/bruiser, they're just about all broken and 100% necessary lol

There was some discussion on the TT subreddit two weeks ago about the PBE changes.

Most relevant bit is probably ManWolfAxeBoss's comment:

I have no intentions of enforcing a meta on TT. Current problem though is that the person getting funneled XP and gold is just scaling too hard. With tuning on the champions that often appear in this role being done for SR, where there are 5 enemies, gameplay becomes degenerative pretty quickly. Unfortunately, we no longer do map specific balancing and have no intentions of starting that up again so we have to make a systemic change. Support meta will still be viable and if that turns out to not be true, we'll be doing follow up work to ensure that it is :)
