Technically having the item do 38 magic damage without having to scale from your level is an early game buff. I used it in a game today and it was pretty strong. Its nice having the damage straight up and not having to be higher level where the damage starts to fall off.

Fadedpf1 votesThats for the tank jungle item. Sunfire cape still does the same thing as usual but when you buy it, it gives you 38 damage straight up, it doesnt have to scale off your level anymore which is a massive early game buff.
