Two of the most known and problematic abilities on Ryze untouched; Q and E incessantly nerfed

I think it is quite fair to nerf W and R, which are the two abilities that stand out on Ryze. Flash + E + W for a 2 second root or sneak the entire team for a quick Baron with R. No one in professional play says, 'yeah, the reason why we picked Ryze is because his Q is absolutely bonkers' so I think it is utterly pathetic that Riot touches his Q and E.

Why?

Riot intent is to keep Ryze from dominating professional play again. However, nerfing Q and E was the worst way to approach this. Q & E is what makes soloQ Ryze playable. In soloQ I cannot convince my team to take my portal, hell I have seen people avoid it. I cannot coordinate with my toplane and jungle to gank someone with R and I cannot convince anyone to jump on top of a 2s root target. No, all I have is the ability to waveclear with E and Q and run away with Phase Rush + Q passive. That is all I have for soloQ. When they nerfed E it really hit me hard. From 100% spread -> 50% and then from 40 mana level 1 to 60 mana. Do you understand how they affected wave clear potential? Now, I have to back every 3-4 waves (without minion dematerializer) just to have enough mana. I run teleport so this wouldn't be a problem until they also nerfed teleport.

They have only touched W (nerf wise) once by reducing unempowered to .75 seconds and buffed the AP ratio. They have only nerfed Realm Warp (R) ONCE by increasing the cooldown.

They nerfed Q 2 times, and changed it 2 times. They have nerfed E 4 times. I think it is complete bullshit that Riot continues to make the argument, "we are balancing him for pro-play" when they aren't touching the REASON why pro-player pick him.

After the E nerf and Tear nerf I kind of lost it but this puts me overboard. If you ask most of the Ryze mains, we don't want his R. It is the worst ability to use until level 11 when you put a second rank into R.
