She keeps freaking jumping around and seems to deal a trazilion damage out of the blue. I can't even get near the minion wave without getting shit on. How the hell do I play against this champ???

they nerfed her so hard it wouldn't even be fair for people to offer advice :P
What champ do you play.
Some basic tips are to try and back off till her passive wears out and then engage, she's significantly weaker without it. You need to be moving around a lot and keep in mind alot of her mobility comes from getting resets from low health minions.
just abuse her early. She is garbage until she gets a trinity force. She can only dash multiple times if her dash kills a minion or champion, or if she dashes to someone marked by her E or her ult. Her w spinny shield thing only reduces the amount of physical damage she takes.
She's free whenever she misses her E. Never had a problem with her.
I like Garen against her, just make sure to get grasp and use q on her as much as you can during the first few lvls.
She wins the extended trades when she has conq but you can win those too if you use your abilities in a smart way and don’t waste your q and grasp proc when she uses W.
Try not to give her a small lead. She can use it to her advantage with conq to face roll you.
