Been playing since season 2 never got a single chat restriction or anything. If I get mad at the game you want to know what happens? I yell and scream irl and not in game. Very easy to do. You getting angry and flaming others because they flamed you achieves nothing. If you cannot control yourself then you deserve to be banned
