Best thing to do against a a damging/poke support?

I feel like I can't do much as an ADC when we try to single out one, and the other will kill you if you do. Or Im just farming, then udyr sup (idk why him) rushes me and kills me alone, or when chogath hides in a bush spamming his knockup, then xayah the roots me, then chogath then feasts me while rooted (before you say ward bush, I couldn't keep it warded without getting too close). What Im trying to say is whats the best thing to do in a lane where theres a fighter/bruiser/poke sup.
