Morgana Jungle is buffed, Karthus Jungle ignored. RIP

If I may ask: what was the counterplay to Karthus Jungle? I honestly don't remember if there was any :/

Meanwhile Morgana jungle needs to hit Q for the gank/to kill people. Counterplay is a big part of Riot letting champs be viable.

But it works :D Just a little harsh at this particular moment with the aggro junglers.

Karthus top is still going strong.
