I guess Riot's excuse of ''Not OP in high elo so its balanced'' is realy starting to hurt

Starting to hurt the great mayority of players, being from bronze to gold. Its pretty pathetic how you can't say a champion like garen is not broken just because its not in high elo (where the no lifers dwell) well Riot games, not everyone can play this game for 10+ hourst to the point you can master a champion and play at a level broken champions like garen are not even played.
