It would be amazing if Riot finally decided to make a top tier tutorial that would also help even ranked players. A tutorial divided into the several aspects of a match, CS, objectives, team fighting, warding, etc. ''This tutorial teaches you how to CS correctly and why it is important to know how to cs''. They could even add rewards like ''learn to consistently get at least 90% of your CS and by the end of the tutorial you'll be awarded 300IP'' or something like that. The tutorial for CS and other things can divided into difficulties. Basic CS: Just you and the lane full of minions. Intermediate CS: you and a dumb bot. Advanced CS: Challenger level AI, if you learn to CS here you're all set to play ranked.

This game is incredibly unfriendly and cold to new players, you basically learn by losing a lot and getting flamed, though you can choose to watch YT vids. But the game itself should teach you all of those things.

I bet you that if such an amazing and detailed tutorial were made matches would increase in quality, and Bronze would most likely change a lot as a result.

only bronze 3 and higher. Bronze 5 and bronze 4 will stay the same. I know the approximate intelligence level of each tier cuz I've been there before. Bronze 5 and bronze 4 players are clearly not capable of learning ~~excluding new players who jumped into ranked right away~~. Some bronze 3 players are capable of some learning even within a single match if things are explained well enough.

And i even specified that new players who jump into ranked too early are exceptions, n im one of them.

Ah yes but see that would invite new players, something riot has made clear they kinda dont want or need. I legit cant convince anyone new to play nor anyone who quit to comeback out of intimidation alone.

Ditch the leveling system, give rewards at level ups like any normal game and have all mastery/rune slots unlocked at the start. Also update your beginner bundles i mean seriously, those things are WAY overdue for a tuneup.

Yep, it should stop treating people like they are brain damaged (talking about basic tutorial that bugs you for 2 minutes about how to press right click) and advanced tutorial should be less annoying with the "STAY BEHIND YOUR MINIONS" spam every time you get close to a turret. Also it should at least make an attempt at introducing people into the meta. Like, nothing strict just not Soraka mid and stuff like that which already happens in every tutorial... Introduce them into roles at least.
