Ideas for pantheon changes

Pantheon is in a very bad spot right now, mostly because he only has a few minutes to get first blood in the early game or else he's useless the rest of the game. He needs some ultimate changes to make him more viable later on in the game. His ult needs to scale with AD and needs a shorter windup time to make it easier to hit. To balance this I think the base damage should be lowered so it isn't always going to instantly kill everyone in the range. Scaling it with AD makes sure that he wont 1 shot someone without building AD. Grand Skyfall -Channel time should change from 2 seconds to 1.5 seconds -Drop time should be changed from 1.5 seconds to 1 second -Ult base damage should be lowered from 200 / 350 / 500 (+50% AP) to 125 / 325 / 525 scaling with (+75% AD) Pantheon His q also very unbalanced early game, it has the power to push someone out of lane at level 1. I think the Q damage should be increased but at the cost of cooldowns and mana. I also think he has awful sustain and can be completely helpless during laning phase if he gets ganked. Spear Shot -Damage should increase from 65 / 105 / 145 / 185 / 225 to 75 / 120 / 165 / 210 / 250 -Cooldown should be higher early game 4 to 7.5 / 7 / 6 / 5 /4 -Mana cost should be increased from 45 to 65 / 60 / 55 / 50 / 45 -New -getting the killing blow on a unit refunds 60% of mana used Pantheon His w also needs some changes, his w should be a utility spell that deals no damage, mostly because alot of his damage will be amplified. Aegis of Zeonia -Damage should be changed from 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150 (+ 100% AP) to 0 -Stun duration should be changed from 1 second to 1.4 / 1. 5 / 1.6 / 1.7 / 1.8 seconds Pantheon His e is also really bad and deals mediocre damage against tanks. It should also punish people who stay inside it for too long. Heartseeker Strike -Channel time should be changed from 0.75 seconds to 0.5 seconds -(Total) Damage to champions should be changed from 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 / 280 (+ 300% bonus AD) to 90 / 150 / 210 / 270 / 350 +(17% of targets maximum health) (+65% Bonus AD and AP) Pantheon Pantheons passive at the moment I think is balanced, mostly because you can counter it and its easy to outplay, it can also help pull off clutch plays for experienced pantheon players. Theres only 1 thing to change about it though, the fact that it cant block tower shots is ridiculous, combine this with an Elise and you can towerdive someone at level 3 without taking damage. Aegis Protection -Cooldown of gaining stacks (after being popped) should be changed from 0 to 5 / 4 / 3 at levels 6 / 11 / 16

Those are some nerfs/buffs I think pantheon needs for the current meta and I think they will really help him become more viable later on in the game while still leaving him with the snowball heavy playstyle.

Why would smacking an enemy upside the head with a huge, bronze shield deal 0 damage?

If anything, it should be changed to physical damage.

Pantheon needs help, I agree. I do the idea about having a more reliable ult.
