How to click on champions when...

I wanted to know if there is a trick to click on champions when they are under their turret. Sometimes I am fed and could easily 100-0 someone under their tower but I can't because if they go above their tower I can only click on the tower and not them. I have a similar issue when trying to click Thresh's lantern, when enemy champions stand on it/around it, it becomes unclickable. Any tips?

Theres a hotkey called "Target Champions only", the default key should be (`), on the left of 1. If you hold it while clicking/using point and click spells you can... well, only target champions. I dont think there is anything you can do against people blocking Thresh lantern tho.

use A move, or even better: Attack move champions only

just bind it to a key and force yourself to use it, clicking on champs is bad
