I see a lot of people playing Yi right now. By the time the Yi has built his sated devourer and guinsoo's rageblade he can just 1v1 any champion under their own tower when they are at full health. I am not even kidding. It has happened to me 3 times today on various champions (Poppy, Shen, Fiora). Yi needs to be disabled. That is all.
I've heard legends that if he gets stunned he dies. I don't believe them as I've never seen it happen.
Problem is a good Yi, kinda like a good Katarina, will wait for their CC to be burned to engage, and basically kill all the carries with no retaliation. It's all about who can hold out the longest: Team A to engage a fight with CC, or Team B's Yi to go on a sword-swinging massacre.

The matter that poppy, shen and Fiora were slain under tower means players were bad. Those 3 champs are good at taking out anyone if played decently. 
has blocking ability (Spirit's Refuge + passive) that means everything is wasted on him. 
can just toss or toy with anyone. 
parries incoming damage (AA + true damage). They are not even their Ulti / R. If 
is tower diving then that means those champs were outplayed in wasting all their health and abilities, in which case anyone will tower dive.
any champion with rageblade. jax xin yi. can 1v2 under turret. not just yi. i just played against an xin and he can just 3 shot a squishie. same thing goes for jax and yi. rageblade is just an op item thats about it has nothing to do with champion.
I don't really think he's op. I see good tanks and even other roles that utilizes cc and have good map awareness and common sense handle yi. I feel nerfing him would make him useless. I'm no yi player but you have to have good judgment to be a good yi or get cced to death. That said he is like vayne and can snowball hard if he gets rolling. Yes if he's fed he can 2-3 shot some champs but so can fed adcs and mids.
Yi really isn't too bad to deal with compar d to a sated jax. Usually...

The problem with yi right now is he has the option to build really tanky so you cant just blow him up or cc and take him out quickly. The problem is yi himself isnt too bad and the items arent tooo bad but the way yi can use them makes him pretty much broken now
He's doing too much true dmg.
first udyr, now yi. Just because the meta is all about champs with slows for days doesn't mean hard CC doesn't exist.

I think Yi broken cuz of. 1 unvernible and atack all team as q skill not Ult. 2 auto attack based skill cd so make him ez kill tanks at start. 3 speed 4 And that all looked like u run all team 2 catch 1 Yi 5 Other team can kill u fast while yi q w q Its can be countered at late Ezy but after some patches games makes faster. So finali Imo he broken need nerf.

In urf he's ridiculous, by the time you have Death's Dance and boots you're getting so many kills that you're not even having fun anymore. only champ that really stands a threat is Annie and even then with a teammate its an easy kill.
I played some jungle yorick today and went against a master yi, and you might be surprised but I made him go 0/13/1. I took rift, 3 towers, 3 internals, soloed baron twice. I had no issue dueling the nasus that was fed by my inning top laner. and counter jungled the yi several times. Late game he got is 3 core items, like 30 min into the game (we couldn't end sooner because our various hard intel an akali). As soon as he got those no matter what I tried he would kill me in an auto, when I had 5k health and deaths dance. He Killed Me In One Q Auto. There is no outplay to that I would wall him in after and we still couldn't kill him. I absolutely love champions who can feed so goddamn hard and be so goddamn bad but just because they have high numbers and good scaling they come out on top. Remove Jax, Yi, Fiora, and tryndamere from the game please and thank you Rito. p-s- in the matter of like 10 minutes late game he went from 0/13 to 19/13

I hear you op, today other team had a yi who was actually behind but come late game (3-4 items) he had his core and split pushed towers down within seconds and would 1 v 2 whoever he wanted. Not even me playing a 12-1 Viktor with full ap build could burst him down instantly'. While Yi is very strong right now, I think that its the items behind it that make him so strong. Rageblade, Steraks, you name it the items that were reworked make him, jax, fiora insanely strong and borderline uncounterable right now. I think the items need nerfs, not champions
