It's not good when new players without experience are matched up in gold or other leagues for their promo games. He either gets carried or he will drown his team. All newbs should start in Bronze 5 and learn how to carry themselves out of it.

are you fucking dumb?! Pardon the rudeness but in all fairness, you are ranked based on your skills and you have time to learn the game as you lv up. Going ranked is for when you want to take it to the next level and reaching Lv 30 in most cases earns you the right to do so. if we didn't have lv's then your argument would have merit.
Rebel 9862 votesI kno i guy i work with started playing few months ago. Only spam plays garen. He just hit 30 during preseason and did his ranked and got silver 3. I 1v1ed him and demolished him. He hid under tower as garen and i was poppy. Didnt even try to farm. Hes talking bout ppl like this lol
