About the homeguard boot enchantment.

I'm cool with the effect. It's nice. You know what i'm not cool with? If i'm dead and i buy homeguard. I still can't refund it. Even while i'm still dead. I understand not letting people do that while they're alive seeing as they'll get the effect without spending any gold. But if my team is in a dire situation when i 'm dead and i buy homeguard and they come out of that situation while i'm dead i'd like to be able to refund homeguard. I haven't recieved the effects of the item yet, i see no reason i shouldn't be able to refund it.
