Cinderhulk stats are messed up.
Cinderhulk is not balanced. I do not mean this from a "too strong/too weak" perspective. I mean this from the way the stats are oriented and what they allow players to do with them.
To be more specific, the stats on Bami's Cinder and Cinderhulk, for the first large portion of the game, are aimed far too much to allow better farming, and not enough to allow play-making. This is one of the reasons why almost all Cinderhulk users farm so much.
I don't believe that "tank jungler" is synonymous with "farm jungler," but that is what it has become. This is why it is out of place that their item caters farming rather than having an item that helps towards different scenarios.
Warrior enchant, for example, has stats that allow farming and play-making. Because the item supports both, the player can freely choose what to without having to feel like they're being foolish by trying to play aggressive with a farm-intended item. It's not out of place for warrior enchant junglers to gank, invade, or farm, because the item allows all of it.
Cinderhulk/Bami's Cinder allow farming, so there's very little invading or ganking that doesn't involve blowing your flash right away.
The reason Cinderhulk users blow their flash for most ganks is another issue I have.
They blow flash because they don't buy mobility boots or other early game pressure items.
They don't buy these other early game pressure items because their first component, Ruby Crystal, doesn't allow them to do anything. It's expensive to save for Cinderhulk/Bami's Cinder, and that farming window is the same window where mobility boots would be useful.
In short, the overall farming value from Bami's Cinder and Cinderhulk should be reduced, compensated with a play-making stat, such as CDR, so that their item isn't only good at one thing until the mid/late game.
As an example of what the warrior side can do: Long sword, then Mobility Boots. This is an aggressive build that has less farming.
If the Cinderhulk path were to do something similar in its current state: Ruby Crystal, then Mobility Boots. This path makes no sense because there farming suffers too much.
Cinderhulk users should get slightly more farming value from the first component, and less farming value from all other pieces thereafter, compensated with a play-making stat.
