A few options. One, you q right after the e, and dodge the blind with the q speed, then you can pursue and trade back. Level your q, learn her blind cooldown- see if you can trade more with q than she can per blind or e up.

I expect the key is that her e is a longer cooldown than your q. If so you need to pressure as much as possible. Even then though, past 6 she can get back to lane really fast, ... but maybe you can sustain through.

You have to also utilize the brush and control that vision. If you can't do that and control the wave positioning, then you'll have to farm under turret.

I think the main problem should be that once she hits 6, she can push the wave and ult to mid- and you can't do anything about it. Like I said, the main problem is the ult. She can get to lane super fast, roam bottom on a back and then tp top really fast. Push lanes and roam all the time.... I don't know how to deal with that. Ping your team a ton.
