I can understand the sheen proc and all but why can an ezreal who's already annoying enough to catch, miss every every q, still get the slow passive with ap and armor and cool downs? I mean it's a little over bearing especially since the item itself is a fist implying melee.... I mean can we nerf the % slow for ranged champs using this item? Thoughts?
Nerf not needed. He is sacrificing a good chunk of damage for iceborn which only gives him effective hp against AD, and ezreal already has really low hp to begin with. A little armor pen will just tear his anus wide open because usually iceborn is the only remotely defensive item in blue ez build. The slow is fine.
It's already weaker for Ranged; the slow field is half size.

Anywhos, Iceborn is great for Blue Ezreal, that is true. But he is commonly regarded as underpowered, and so it really doesn't need a change. I miss the days before the AoE was made way smaller for ranged.
