Just Because Runic Echos Was Bad On Everything But Elise Doesn't Mean You Should Nerf Her
Echos is lackluster on a lot of champions, but overly good on Elise. That's a problem with Echos not Elise, which makes me kinda mad that you decide to nerf Elise. Eventually Echos will be changed and Elise won't get a revert, turning her into a mini Sejuani and making back into what she was, decent.
Not even going to mention Lee in comparison, there are enough posts to get the community's point across.
Make both Runglaive and Echos available, nerf Echos, and revert Elise nerfs. That way everyone is happy.
