Bugs belong in Report a Bug, not Gameplay.

As an aside, if I'm not mistaken, Sona's Aria of Perseverance Power Chord reduces enemy damage dealt, doesn't it? I'm pretty sure that if you got stunned by Fiora's Riposte, some other ability is what caused it to stun, not your Power Chord.

No damage reduction is not hard cc or really cc at all.
