Give mf a texture update and a new voice over. She is an adc that need a little love out of all the adc, also rework would be nice but in general some form of cc or an update to her passive to either 1) help keep you're mobility in teamfights (2 a better escape/chase methode. Idea? Anyone? Up vote if you agree.
I think moving her kit around would fix her. Make her currupted bullets (or w/e the magic dot is called) to her passive and her passive an active like Teemo so she can strut out of bad situations.
She has cc. Her aoe bullet thing is a slow. Wouldn't be very fair for an adc to both deal tons of damage and peel for themselves, now would it?
I remember that IronStylus said she has a lot of assets ready for a MTU. I personally hope that it'll come with a few new animations, new icons, new VFX, like with Maokai and maybe some balance changes/rework.
