Lucian needs a buff.

Ok so basically you are hard nerfing fervor of battle. You are basically removing the armor pen build from adcs. Add on the fact that you nerfec his q damage nerfed his ranges on his q poke and w range. I can see him being shit in the preseason. So are you going to buff him at riot? I know win rate isn't end all be all but its already bottom 3 of the adcs and now everything that made him viable is getting nerfed to the ground and taken away. Soooo Are yall going to nip it in the bud riot or does he have to be shit the next 4 patches before you decide to do something about it.

TL;DR Lucian needs a buff after fervor nerfs, armor pen build removal in combination with nerfs to him previously will combine to him being basically not viable much like kog, kalista, and corki at one point.

And to anyone talking about oh well he was meta all season time for him to be gone remember the entirety of season 5 he was not viable at all. Secondly there are other adc that were more meta than him and barely got half the nerfs he has gotten and their win rates are always better than his.
