It would appear I am very behind. Everyone is building and stacking lethality Buying lethality items means you are not buying attack speed. Low attack speed makes Ardent less effective.

OCE 3 patches behind?
We're in the shield and heal the ADC meta.
No one builds lethality anymore, it's all IEs, hurricanes and Botrks.

It gives attack speed, on-hit damage, and lifesteal when you shield someone.

On top of very good stats for a low price.

Hmmmm not over-buffed at all! Totally healthy and interactive to play against, and we wonder why Lulu is one of the best supports right now because of that!
