Can we PLEASE make a rule against abandoning bot lane????

MythPuppy··2 votes·438 views

Last 5 matches have been like this: Me and some random guy go bot lane. After about 2 deaths, the dude i'm partnered with decides to straight up leave lane and wander, so I have to go 2v1 for the ENTIRE rest of the match. (AND NOBODY SAYS ANYTHING ABOUT IT) After that, we ALWAYS lose because enemy bot team ends up getting fed off me. The jg player will try to help me, but then they leave after like, 3 seconds and blame me for letting enemy team get so strong. So can we have a rule against this shit???? I am sick of losing because my partner doesn't want to play the game correctly

Supports go where they can be the most useful. If you're a bad ADC they're going to go help someone else that can carry the team. If you're picking bad fights while they're there they'll leave and hope you'll take the note and play more passive. If you're not following up on good engages they set up for you and they die as a result they'll leave and set up engages for someone else.

Yes, it's not always your fault. If you've had 5 games in a row where you start 0/2 and your support leaves your lane you're probably doing something wrong though. Especially if you're talking at all - no one wants to get blamed least of all when it's by the guy who's the problem. Just some food for thought - I'm not in your games obviously so IDK what you're playing like or how you're acting.

No, i meant after THEY start dying. I can usually do well until they leave and it becomes 2v1. Second, I'm usually the support when this happens

Are you toxic towards them? And if it were me supporting them I'd follow them.

That depends on your definitions of toxic. If you mean cussing and insulting them, then no. And I don't follow because enemy team will just rush the turret if no one's there. Keep in mind, my teammates usually bailed on me REALLY early-game like, before the 10 minute mark.

If it depends on how you define toxicity, then that's probably why. Try not typing anything in game except gj and see what happens. There will probably be a big difference.

And yeah I'd still follow them, cuz if you're playing support you're not achieving anything by just sitting under tower watching the enemy team farm. If my adc goes mid, I'll go mid too. Maybe you guys can rush mid tower or something. If he's just messing around in jg, and he's not really playing the game then it's a reportable offense and I'd still gank mid or top to try to help them out.

It is called Roaming and is a perfectly fine part of gameplay.

However, like all things related to gameplay, it takes skill to be able to know when and how to do it. As such you'll come across people who screw it up.

C'est la vie.
