Fiora is supposed to be the masterful duelist, highly skilled and shit. Thing is, her mechanics are simple as hell and her "masterful technique" cant even deal with a rock. So, how about we turn the Grand duelist into a combo machine?

Passive Duelist Fiora combos her autos. After two basic attacks or basic abilities against one champion, her next basic attack applies an effect. This may be triggered once per 6 seconds against the same target. A-A-A= Flair: 20% bonus damage Q-A-A= Sweep: 0.1s knockup A-Q-A= Throat Strike: 0.5s Silence Q-Q-A= Extended Lunge: shoves target back and takes fiora with it W-A-A= readied guard: Riposte has its cooldown reduced A-W-A= Raised guard: Fiora gains armor and magic resist for 5 seconds Q-W-A= Disarm: Disables their basic attack for 1 second W-Q-A= Temple strike: 1 second stun A-E-A= Rush: Fiora gains temporary attack speed E-A-A= Charge: Fiora gains temporary movement speed Q-E-A= Shoulder roll: Fiora tumbles behind her target E-Q-A= Flip: Fiora jumps into the air, becoming intargetable for 0.75 seconds A-E-A= Flurry: Fiora attacks three times, the addidional strikes deal reduced damage W-E-A= R&R: Fiora heals for a few seconds based on her AD and the damage she has taken in the last few seconds

Q Lunge Same as live, but a skillshot. (can be used as an escape!) Passes through targets to the extent of the range or to your cursor.

W Riposte Passive: Gain armor and magic resist based on your AD Active: Block the next basic attack within 1 second, and apply an autos worth of damage to them. Passive portion lost while on cooldown, but you gain AD.

E Burst of Speed Same as live, except you gain 1 stack of the speed on activation

R Blade waltz Same as live, except you may reactivate to stop it early and appear next to your current target.

Step 1: Fit that onto a tooltip. Like, literally make a mock-up of what the tooltip would look like when I mouse over it. How can I, as a player who didn't make this combo system, possibly grasp what all of these things really do?

Do that first, then we can look into seeing if this is actually feasible.

It would look something like Invokers "Invoke" ability from DOTA2

Also:

W-Q-A= Temple strike: 1 second stun

How is this not better than the disarm, the silence and the knock up in pretty much every way?

Also:

Q-Q-A, knockback: This is just going to discourage double-Q'ing to a target to attack it, because you'll knock what you want to be hitting away. You could, I guess, Q, Q, A to an enemy tank to knock it away and peel, but your damage is better used defeating enemy squishies most of the time. But, what you've done here is weakened Fiora's ability to get to and stick to priority targets.

Not a final kit. It gets diffucult to come up with effects for every possible combo. Also, the Q-Q-A combo is meant to take fiora with her target, like a poppy E but with no stun. Sorry for not being clear on that

Guinsoo had a good rework that was scrapped for no apparent reason.
