Bard's passive seems to be very information heavy

Traveler's Call

Ancient Chimes: Chimes spawn near large monsters or champions for periods of time. Each will spawn randomly between 30 to 40 seconds, and if not picked up, will persist for 10 minutes. Only Bard can see the chimes. Picking up chimes restores (0.05 base mana) + (0.20 bonus mana) mana and grant 10% bonus movespeed for 3 seconds (stacks up to 5 times).

Meeps: Bard occationally spawn meeps by his side to aid him in battle. Max meeps: (1 per Bards' spells that is at least level 1). Bard generates a meep to follow him every time he picks up a chime or when an ally steps on a fully grown caretaker shrine. Bard's auto attacks consume one meep to deal bonus magic damage equal to (chimes collected + 0.30 AP).
