Ekko is pretty easy to get away from, his q is easy to dodge and if he doesn't hit that it is very hard for him to proc his passive

kalista is ranged has nothing to do what i said about Ekko.

Ekko is melee with a single gap closer, unless you are chasing him. If you are running away from it doesn't take much skill to dodge his q which makes his e the only way to catch up to you which at best gives him two stacks of his passive on you, not enough for the ms buff.

Ekko is more comparable to Akali than to those 3. He's kind of an in and out assassin that doesn't deal quite enough damage in one rotation but disengages to wait for his cd (like akali stealths to wait) only to engage back in with his ult to finish the job.

He's not a brute force that wants to stick to you and destroys you in all ins. His stats don't seem to be that great, but he has a lot of utility that needs some timing (and luck) to land.

Ekko is definitely not going to be a zero counterplay guy. His Q, W and R can all be evaded.
