Hm, increasing Daisy's AI would increase Ivern's lousy winrate. Yep, that would be a good thing.

He's a very unique champion that has a playstyle that is unlike any other champion so it's going to be low till people figure him out. His AI is about as stupid as any Ai in the game anyways

Tibbers is also affected by Syndra's W but you're right about Daisy dying when Ivern dies, that's pretty poppycock. But on the flip side, we already know Daisy is MUCH MUCH stronger than Tibbers. There isn't even a comparison. Tibbers is balanced as being a byproduct of Annie's burst damage on R. Where as since Daisy is the entire ability. Daisy is allowed to have much more power. And since they're both micromanaged by the player the AI just doesn't need an upgrade. #GetGood

Yes, I would like to know how to #GetGood when Daisy is useless for a good 3+ seconds due to syndra, only to be useless for another 3+ Seconds.

And of course, when Syndra grabs tibbers, Tibbers still does damage to her, so Tibbers is never really rendered useless.
