Idea for an Aatrox Buff: Let him keep some Blood after his passive procs

Probably one of the most annoying parts to playing Aatrox is the sense of weakness you get after your Passive revives you. With no Blood in the Well (and thus no bonus attack speed), you're in no shape to fight off whatever put you in that position. Literally every other Champ that has a way to Revive can continue their job once they're up again (Anivia, Zac, Zilean). Aatrox however becomes a sitting duck unless he saved his ult (which he really shouldn't have).

My idea for a buff is that Aatrox keeps a certain percentage of the Blood he had stored after the Passive activates. This percentage would increase with level (probably 25/50/75%, 33/66/100% or 0/50/100%). This way Aatrox has some bonus attack speed to fall back on and he isn't completely useless after the revive (at least in the late game).
