What do you all think about this suggestion for Cleanse?

Grants a shield that blocks all disables and summoner spell effects for 1.5 seconds while removing all disables and summoner spell effects currently affecting your champion. Once the shield expires, gain 65% Tenacity for 2 seconds.

To prevent any possible confusion, changes are in bold while the rest is just how things currently work.

The main goal here is to provide a better preemptive use for Cleanse. The secondary goal is to allow more diversity. Hoping to see duo lanes have Cleanse+Exhaust or Cleanse/Heal once in a while instead of just Heal+Exhaust.

Right now, you are forced to respond to your opponent when taking Cleanse. You are punished for using Cleanse preemptively because you lose the negative status removal. Even if you see your opponent's CC spell coming, you must wait until it hits you before doing anything in order to get maximum efficiency.

With this change, you are allowed a much better preemptive use of Cleanse without losing the awesomeness Cleanse currently offers.

The current version of Cleanse gives you the 65% Tenacity for 3 seconds but given that this suggestion gives you brief CC + Summoner immunity, I think the new 2 second duration is justified.

What do y'all think?

Maybe it's just me, but this'll make a few ap champs(Katarina) too godlike once they're ahead, giving opponents little room to get back into the game since minimizing dmg output with cc no longer works .

I'm not too sure. I feel current cleanse is good enough and giving this more power just makes cleanse the new thing that takes the place of heal. Cleanse is superior late game in most cases because CC usually is the result that leads to death, so buffing this doesn't seem necessary. Also it seems like all you want to do is make this a mini morgana Ultimate so I don't really particularly favor the idea. I'm ASSUMING it still works the same way as the old one, where it doesn't have any affect on suppress/knockups, but if not then it should.
