Problem of Galio

Galio was trash before his full rework, and after it riot found out that galio, like many of their most recent creations are hard to balance. Galio was a strong midlaner, but after his massive nerfs he disappeared from the game completely, for a few months no one remembered he existed. Then people found out that Galio is a great support thanks to his flash W, which could be utilized in many situations... and then riot removed it cause why not. Recently Galio has gotten a lot of compensation buffs, but instead of having a million of those, just changing Galio's ult would be sufficient. Galio is a massive being made of petricide, who has wings he doesn't actually use, but for some reason his ult has him gliding to an ally. Galio ult has been a worse version of the old Pantheon's ult, and is in need of being remade. Maybe give him something that he can utilize to show of his lore. Maybe make it so that his ult gives him the ability to release some of the magic that he has stored within himself, like a series of of buffs to his damage, or maybe a few short ranged beams or something. Just something that would make the ult useful more than that 1 moment in most games were your allies are smart enough to dive in so you can ult. If you force him to be a solo laner, then give him an ult worthy of one.
