Can we have an actual soloq?

And by soloq I mean a non-ranked SR gamemode where only solo or duo players are allowed, I am sick of facing groups of 5 premades who have 20000 times better coordination, while my botlane has never even heard of pinging. Let us have equally shitty groups instead of allowing some players to have an unfair advantage. Or atleast let players know immeaditely in champ select who are premades, even the enemy players, so I can dodge without wasting 30 minutes fighting against massive odds.
