Why is Nasus allowed to remain broken?

I had a nice game, I was playing against Nasus, kicked his ass 4 times in a row and then he pulls out a 30 second ult (yes, that damn short cd) and has 200 stacks even though I bullied him a ton, so much that he barely got to my minions. Why is he allowed to remain so damn broken? it is not fun knowing that if the game lasts longer than 20min you lose because the enemy team has a Nasus. Riot, do something and take away that stupid 12 stack or nerf his ult to the ground to compensate. And the game I was in lasted around 30min... and Nasus who had been destroyed did win the game for their team... so stupid.

Actually after 20 mins Nasus beats jax. His either makes jax useless thanks to the bs attack speed slow.

i play jax alot. every time i see a nasus i go full ham on him every conqueror trade/burst or sheen hit if he qs me i can e it with absolute timing. plus theres his q that can escape his wither attack then e to block the incoming q strike if he still wants to be in range of you then you can w/ult burst that will change his mind quickly when your wither wears off at that time. nasus just outsustains you if you let him though thats where he only wins.
